Kommissionen gennemført en vurdering af de foranstaltninger, som Belgien, Tjekkiet, Tyskland, Irland, Spanien, Frankrig, Italien, Nederlandene, Østrig, Portugal, Slovenien og Slovakiet har truffet som respons på Rådets henstillinger af 2. december. Kommissionen mener, at der for disse landes vedkommende ikke er behov for at tage yderligere skridt som led i proceduren i forbindelse med uforholdsmæssigt store underskud på nuværende tidspunkt.
