BERETNING FRA KOMMISSIONEN TIL RÅDET om gensidighed med hensyn til visumfritagelse over for visse tredjelande i overensstemmelse med artikel 2 i Rådets forordning (EF) nr. 851/2005 af 2. juni 2005 om ændring af forordning (EF) nr. 539/2001 om fastlæggelse af listen over de tredjelande, hvis statsborgere skal være i besiddelse af visum ved passage af de ydre grænser, og listen over de tredjelande, hvis statsborgere er fritaget for dette krav, med hensyn til gensidighedsmekanismen
